Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Caroline). They put the hurt on the Cambridge-South Dorchester Vikings with a sharp 12-2 win on Saturday. The victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won six in a row.

North Caroline pushed their record up to 6-7 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Cambridge-South Dorchester, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
