Muncie Central extended their losing streak to five on Wednesday, dropping their season record down to 1-10 in the process. They lost 15-4 to the Kokomo Wildkats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildkats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 on Tuesday.

Gage Emberton made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Justus Allen, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

As for Kokomo, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-4. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

On Kokomo's side, the team relied heavily on J.J. Gillespie, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with four RBI. Harry Blake was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
