Volleyball Recap: Ridgeview Wolf Pack vs. Shafter Generals
It was a good run, but Ridgeview unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (2-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. They were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Generals apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2021.
Ridgeview's defeat dropped their record down to 11-2. As for Shafter, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-1-1.
Ridgeview didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory vs. North on the 3rd. As for Shafter, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Chavez at 6:15 p.m. Shafter is facing Chavez at the right time seeing as Chavez is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
