Basketball Recap: Anthony Andrews Takes a Loss

Anthony Andrews was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a blow against the Shishmaref Northern Lights, falling 91-61. The Storm were down 68-40 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Corben Nayokpuk continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Shishmaref, going 8-for-12 from beyond the arc en route to 28 points. Another player making a difference was Colton Hadley, who went 6-for-12 on his way to 15 points in addition to eight rebounds and seven assists.

Anthony Andrews' defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Shishmaref, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-7.

As of now, neither Anthony Andrews nor Shishmaref have any future games scheduled.
