Martinsburg never let their opponents score on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Washington Patriots 69-0. That 69 point margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

Martinsburg's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brian Dick, who threw for 282 yards and five touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes. Those 282 passing yards gave Dick a new career-high. A healthy portion of Dick's aerial production (96 yards to be exact) went to Christian Irving, who also brought in two receiving touchdowns.

Martinsburg was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 251 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 189 rushing yards in seven consecutive matchups.

Martinsburg pushed their record up to 6-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points over those games. As for Washington, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
