Recap: Kennedy Crusaders vs. Catalyst-Maria Wolves
The third road contest was the charm for the Kennedy Crusaders, as they earned their first road win of the season. They were the clear victor by a 60-39 margin over Catalyst-Maria. That's another feather in the cap for Kennedy, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kennedy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Joseph Dahl, who scored 21 points along with 6 rebounds. The game was Dahl's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Patryk Baliczek, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 13 rebounds.
Kennedy's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Catalyst-Maria, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kennedy will face off against Longwood at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Catalyst-Maria, they will head out on the road to face off against Richards at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
