Basketball Recap: Northeast Takes a Loss

Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 56-42 bruising from the Bellevue Comets. The Rebels were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Comets earlier this season, when they won 75-69.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Bellevue, their victory bumped their record up to 9-13.

Northeast does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bellevue, they will welcome Regina on Tuesday. Regina will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Bellevue surely won't give up without a fight.
