Volleyball Recap: Parkrose Takes a Loss

It looked like the Kentucky Derby when Parkrose challenged Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts on Monday. The Broncos fell 3-1 to the Mustangs. The Broncos have struggled against the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Parkrose's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Parkrose is set to take on their familiar foe Putnam at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts will face off against rival Wilsonville at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
