If Jasper wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Evansville Harrison, they should've done a better job of containing Jay Summitt. The Evansville Harrison Warriors managed a 63-57 win over the Jasper Wildcats on Saturday thanks in part to Summitt, who went 9 for 15 on his way to 23 points and six boards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.5 points per game.

Shane Sims was another key player, putting up ten points and eight assists. That's the most assists he has posted since back in February of 2024.

Evansville Harrison is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.6 points per game. As for Jasper, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Evansville Harrison will head out to face off against Evansville North at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Evansville North is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.8 points per game this season.
