Basketball Recap: Monday's Defeat Ends Faith Academy's Winning Streak

After flying high against Cuero last Tuesday, Faith Academy came back down to earth. The Cougars lost to the Gobblers on the road by a 68-53 margin on Monday. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Gobblers earlier this season, when they won 87-58.

The loss snapped Faith Academy's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-2 record. As for Cuero, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
