Football Recap: Williamston Victorious

After losing to Hastings the last time they met, Williamston decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Hornets came out on top against the Saxons by a score of 36-29 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hornets.

Williamston's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Hastings, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Williamston and Hastings will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Hornets are set to square off against their familiar foe Mason at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hastings will challenge rival Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
