Basketball Recap: Fryeburg Takes a Loss

Fryeburg lost against Mt. Ararat back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Fryeburg Raiders took a blow against the Mt. Ararat Eagles, falling 71-17. The match marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Fryeburg and nudges their season record down to 3-12. As for Mt. Ararat, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 14-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Mt. Ararat beat Fryeburg by a score of 71-17 on Thursday.
