Softball Recap: Williamson Takes a Loss

Williamson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the North Rose-Wolcott Cougars, falling 16-4. That's two games in a row now that the Marauders have lost by exactly 12 runs.

Williamson's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for North Rose-Wolcott, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Williamson will head out to square off against Gananda Central at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for North Rose-Wolcott, they will square off against Geneva at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
