Basketball Recap: Santa Fe South Comes Up Short

Santa Fe South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 20th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Southeast Spartans, falling 42-17. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 44-13 back in January.

Santa Fe South's record now sits at 0-18. As for Southeast, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-9.

Santa Fe South wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 92-15 defeat against Noble on the 31st. As for Southeast, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-23 loss against Elgin on the 31st.
