The Grand Junction Tigers are taking a road trip to  face off against the Centaurus Warriors  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Grand Junction is headed in fresh off scoring the most  points they have   all season. They claimed a resounding  55-6 win over Thornton. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest  victory of the  season.
Grand Junction's win  on Thursday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Andrew Neese, who rushed for 19 yards and one  TD, and also threw for 65 yards and one  touchdown while completing 83.3% of his passes. The Tigers also got a significant boost from  Matthais Martinez-Santana, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 84 yards.

Music has become a key player for Grand Junction: the team is undefeated when he posts  at  least  one  interception, but 1-2 otherwise.
 Meanwhile, Centaurus never let their opponents score on Friday. They breezed past Gateway to the tune of  51-0. The  win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Olympians: they've now won five in a row.
 Centaurus' victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Grand Junction, their win bumped their record up to an identical 5-2.
 Grand Junction took their  victory against Centaurus  in their previous matchup  back in October of 2024 by a conclusive  42-22 score. In that  game, the Tigers amassed a halftime lead of  36-8, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat  on Friday.
