Basketball Recap: Olivet Takes a Loss

Olivet was the 54-46 winner over Lakewood when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Olivet Eagles fell just short of the Lakewood Vikings by a score of 48-45 on Tuesday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Olivet's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Lakewood, their victory bumped their record up to 5-15.

Looking ahead, Olivet will head out on the road to square off against Lansing Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lakewood, they will take on Ionia at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
