Volleyball Preview: Independence Knights vs. Heritage Coyotes

Independence and Heritage are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2019, but not for long. The Independence Knights will challenge the Heritage Coyotes at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Independence is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.

Independence will head out to face Heritage after giving up their first home loss of the season on Friday. Independence fell 3-1 to Centennial. The Knights have struggled against the Titans recently, as their game on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Heritage had already won five in a row, and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They had just enough and edged the Mavericks out 3-2.

Independence's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-7. As for Heritage, they now have a winning record of 13-12.
