            Baseball Recap: Lumberton Raiders vs. Silsbee Tigers        
        
		
        
        
            Lumberton has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.72  runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit  on Friday. They fell just short of the Silsbee Tigers by a score of  10-8. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  defeat the Raiders have suffered  against the Tigers since March 25, 2022.
 Luke Cody made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run while going 2-for-3. That's the most  hits  he has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was  Gavin Harmse, who  went 1-for-3 with two  RBI and one  double.
