Recap: Osceola Seminoles vs. Fouke Panthers
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Osceola Seminoles had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past Fouke 64-0 at home. Considering Osceola has won four matchups by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Osceola to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tyler Bell, who threw for 156 yards and two touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes, and also punched in a rushing scores. Jeremiah Jacobs was another key contributor, rushing for 157 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.7 yards per carry.
Osceola has yet to lose a match at home this season, leaving them with a 4-8 record. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 42 points. As for Fouke, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
Osceola will take on Booneville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Booneville is coming into the contest hot, having won their last eight games. Fouke does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
