Volleyball Recap: Westlake Academy Takes a Loss

Westlake Academy was the 3-0 winner over Coram Deo Academy when they last played one another back in September of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The Blacksmiths took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions on Friday. The Blacksmiths have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westlake Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Coram Deo Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Westlake Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Lubbock Christian on the 22nd. As for Coram Deo Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Wylie Prep Academy on the 23rd.
