Softball Game Preview: McClintock Chargers vs. Central Bobcats

For the second straight game, McClintock will face off against Central. The Chargers are taking a road trip to square off against the Bobcats at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (McClintock has four straight wins, Central has 17 straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Monday, McClintock got the win against Central by a conclusive 22-2. The result was nothing new for the Chargers, who have now won eight contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

McClintock pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.3 runs over those games. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.
