Soccer Recap: West Boca Raton Takes a Loss

On Monday, the West Boca Raton Bulls came up short against the Olympic Heights Lions and fell 3-1. While losing is never fun, the Bulls can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 368th, while the Lions are ranked 14th).

West Boca Raton's goal came courtesy of Gabriel Pacheco, who's now up to three this season.

West Boca Raton's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Olympic Heights, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.

West Boca Raton will be playing in front of their home fans against Spanish River at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Olympic Heights, they will welcome Benjamin at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Benjamin is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.3 goals per game this season.
