Soccer Recap: Tempe Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 2-2 at halftime, Tempe was not quite St. Mary's equal in the second half on Wednesday. They fell just short of the St. Mary's Knights by a score of 3-2. The Buffaloes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2022.

Tempe now has a losing record at 2-3. As for St. Mary's, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Tempe will host Shadow Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on January 16th. As for St. Mary's, they will square off against Marcos de Niza at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
