Lynn Classical strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Medford Mustangs. For the Rams, this counts as revenge for the 8-7 win the Mustangs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Braeden Ohannesian tossed a big game, pitching six innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits.

On the hitting side, Lynn Classical's victory was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Mark Walsh, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one RBI. Emerson Lara was another, scoring a run and stealing a base.

Lynn Classical's record is now 3-0. As for Medford, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lynn Classical will challenge Malden at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Golden Tornados will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Rams surely won't give up without a fight. As for Medford, they will square off against Winthrop at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
