Volleyball Recap: East Coweta's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

East Coweta was the 3-0 winner over Marietta when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians fell 2-0 to the Blue Devils on Friday. The loss put an end to the Indians' undefeated start to the season.

Avery Miller paced East Coweta's offense, picking up four kills. Miller really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with six. Hannah Haskins controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Having lost for the first time this season, East Coweta fell to 2-1. As for Marietta, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

East Coweta has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Sequoyah on the 8th. As for Marietta, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Kennesaw Mountain on the 9th.
