Baseball Recap: Valley Forge Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Valley Forge's offense. They came up short against the Buckeye Bucks on Monday, falling 10-0. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Bucks recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Valley Forge's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Buckeye, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

While Valley Forge had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
