Penncrest scored the most runs they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 12-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lower Merion Aces. Surprisingly, this marked the Lions' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Nash Grant was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Harry Giles, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

Penncrest has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Lower Merion, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.
