Pueblo Centennial lost to Mitchell back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Bulldogs blew past the Marauders 3-0. The Bulldogs not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 20, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

While Pueblo Centennial won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-22, 25-20.

Tyliah Urban paced Pueblo Centennial's offense, picking up eight kills. Urban got some help from Sierra Montoya and her 28 assists. Elise Moya controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

The win got Pueblo Centennial back to even at 1-1. As for Mitchell, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Pueblo Centennial is headed away from home for the first time to face off against Canon City at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mitchell, they will host Palmer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
