Volleyball Recap: Lane Falls Short Against Ranked Campus Magnet

Lane faced Campus Magnet in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Knights fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in March.

With the loss, Lane broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-3. As for Campus Magnet, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Lane wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against John Adams on the 8th. As for Campus Magnet, they will square off against Beach Channel at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
