With a playoff win on the line, South Bend Saint Joseph rose to the challenge on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 10-7 win over the Hobart Brickies. The victory was familiar territory for the Huskies, who have now won four matchups in a row.

South Bend Saint Joseph's win bumped their record up to 12-1. As for Hobart, with the loss, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-3.

Looking ahead, South Bend Saint Joseph is taking a road trip to face off against Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Huskies 8.5, the Saints 6.7) so any points scored will be well earned. Hobart does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
