Volleyball Recap: Stivers School for the Arts Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Stivers School for the Arts had to start their season on the road on Wednesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Mt. Healthy Fighting Owls, falling 3-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-19, 25-15.

The win (which was Mt. Healthy's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Mt. Healthy is taking a road trip to square off against Oak Hills at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Oak Hills will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Mt. Healthy surely won't give up without a fight. Stivers School for the Arts will be paying especially close attention to Mt. Healthy's game: after Mt. Healthy faces off against Dublin Scioto, they'll take on Stivers School for the Arts again at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
