Basketball Recap: Del Norte's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Del Norte lost against Valley back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Del Norte Knights received a blow as they fell 62-48 to the Valley Vikings.

Del Norte's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-10. As for Valley, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-11.

The future could be bright for both Del Norte and Valley: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Del Norte will try to hand Hope Christian their third-straight loss when the two meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Valley will look to extend Bernalillo's five-game losing streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
