Volleyball Recap: Gilbert Takes a Loss

Gilbert lost against Ballard back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Bombers, falling 3-0. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-12, 25-19.

Gilbert's defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Ballard, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-6.

Gilbert has already played their next contest (against Newton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Ballard, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Bondurant-Farrar on the 16th.
