Carroll is 8-2 against Tri-Central since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Carroll Cougars will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tri-Central Trojans at 7:30 p.m. Carroll will be strutting in after a victory while Tri-Central will be coming in after a loss.

Carroll took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They blew past Pioneer 54-34. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Tri-Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 77-66 hit to the loss column at the hands of Anderson Prep Academy.

Carroll's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 22.8 points. As for Tri-Central, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Carroll beat Tri-Central 71-60 in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Will Carroll repeat their success, or does Tri-Central have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
