Basketball Recap: Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas Takes a Loss

After flying high against American Heritage Academy last Tuesday, Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas came back down to earth. The Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas Falcons took a 58-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Boulder City Eagles on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost seven in a row.

Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Boulder City, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas will host The Meadows School at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Boulder City, they are taking a road trip to challenge Pahrump Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Pahrump Valley has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with three straight losses, while Boulder City will come in with four straight victories.
