Basketball Recap: St. Dominic Academy Takes a Loss

St. Dominic Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Bayonne Bees 60-29. The Blue Devils were not able to make up for their loss to the Bees from their previous meeting back in January.

St. Dominic Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Bayonne, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Dominic Academy and Barnegat will round out the year against one another at at 1:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Bayonne, they will face off against Immaculate Heart Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
