Baseball Recap: Milpitas Trojans vs. Palo Alto Vikings
Milpitas had lost seven straight on the road, but on Friday they dropped their record down to 2-17 to make it eight. They lost 9-0 to the Palo Alto Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-1 on Wednesday.
As for Palo Alto, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-11. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games.
