Football Game Preview: Westwood Panthers vs. Fairfield Eagles

Two dominant signal callers in Kavian Bryant and Kohl Collins are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Westwood Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Fairfield Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Westwood has given up an average of 29.5 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Westwood came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Teague, falling 42-20. The matchup marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Fairfield put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 51-7 win over Diboll. With the Eagles ahead 28-7 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Having lost for the first time this season, Westwood fell to 7-1. As for Fairfield, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0.
