Softball Recap: Hamilton County Takes a Loss

Hamilton County lost against Suwannee back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kaden Wetherington spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and six unearned) runs on eight hits.

Hamilton County's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Suwannee, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8.

Coincidentally, Hamilton County and Suwannee will both be playing North Florida Christian the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Trojans will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
