There's no place like home for Horizon Honors, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They never let the Tempe Prep Knights get on the board and left with a 15-0 win on Monday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by six runs or more this season.
Aidan Andrews made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
