Softball Recap: Susquehannock Warriors vs. Northeastern Bobcats

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Susquehannock ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Northeastern Bobcats and snuck past 6-5. That's more bragging rights for Susquehannock, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Ella Wetzel spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned runs on eight hits and racked up ten Ks.

At the plate, Emily Karst was incredible, going 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Stephanie Bauhaus, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
