Mandeville won the last time they faced Hammond and things went their way on Thursday too. The Skippers blew past the Tornadoes 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-19, 25-15.

Addison Hunter paced Mandeville's offense, picking up nine kills. Hunter got some help from Julia Marengo and her 24 assists. Kinsley Windom controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Mandeville now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Hammond, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-11.

Mandeville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Archbishop Hannan on the 10th. As for Hammond, they will venture away from home to face off against Northshore at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
