Basketball Recap: Bella Davis Key Part of a Team Effort in Wildcats Win

It was a proper cat-fight when Gregory-Portland duked it out withCarroll on Tuesday. The Gregory-Portland Wildcats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 48-45 victory over the Carroll Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 53-50 back in December of 2024.

Gregory-Portland's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bella Davis led the charge by putting up 18 points and eight assists. Another player making a difference was Jayden Lara, who went 6 for 9 on her way to 15 points.
