Football Recap: Hanover Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Hanover's offense. They lost to the Littlestown Thunderbolts on the road by a 14-0 margin on Friday. The game marked the first time this season in which the Nighthawks were not able to get on the board.

Hanover's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-4. As for Littlestown, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-3 record this season.

Hanover will square off against Delone Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Littlestown, they will be playing at home against Penn Manor at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Thunderbolts will be up against the Comets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.5 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
