Basketball Game Preview: Pittsburg Panthers vs. Nute Rams

The Pittsburg Panthers will square off against the Nute Rams at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Monday, Pittsburg came up short against Groveton and fell 50-41. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, Nute was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 54-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of Franklin.

Nute's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Pittsburg, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Pittsburg took their win against Nute in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 70-50. Will Pittsburg repeat their success, or does Nute have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
