Recap: Ganado Indians vs. Louise Hornets

The Ganado Indians won the last time they faced the Louise Hornets, and things went their way on Friday too. Ganado strolled past Louise with points to spare, taking the game 35-16. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Ganado has managed all season.

Ganado's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zoey Ybarra, who scored nine points along with six steals and five assists. Ybarra is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last nine games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Annalyse Thedford, who scored nine points along with three steals.

The victory makes it two in a row for Ganado and bumps their season record up to 13-17. As for Louise, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-19.

Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Weimar the next time they take the court. Louise will head out to face Weimar at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Ganado will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
