Latexo has gone a perfect 3-0 against Neches recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up. Latexo has given up an average of 9.6 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.

Latexo came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 12-3 to Slocum. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost four in a row.

Latexo saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jax Bobbitt, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-3. Hunter Allen was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-2.

Meanwhile, after soaring to ten runs the game before, Neches was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They fell 5-2 to Saltillo. The matchup marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Latexo's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Neches, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Latexo came out on top in a nail-biter against Neches in their previous matchup back in March of 2019, sneaking past 9-8. Does Latexo have another victory up their sleeve, or will Neches turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
