Baseball Recap: Patterson Takes a Loss

Patterson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the John Curtis Christian Patriots, falling 15-0.

Patterson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for John Curtis Christian, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Patterson will head out to square off against South Lafourche at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Patterson has given up an average of 12 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for John Curtis Christian, they will venture away from home to take on Ponchatoula at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
