Volleyball Recap: Davidson Fine Arts Comes Up Short

Davidson Fine Arts was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Walker Wolverines.

Jane Pennington paced Davidson Fine Arts' offense, picking up five kills. Pennington got some help from Brooklyn Moss and her six assists. Pennington also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Leila Eunice, each putting up two.

Davidson Fine Arts' defeat dropped their record down to 21-18. As for Walker, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 27-16.

Davidson Fine Arts has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Burke County on the 4th. As for Walker, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against South Gwinnett on the 30th.
