Volleyball Recap: San Augustine Comes Up Short

San Augustine lost against Groveton on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wolves lost 3-0 to the Indians. The Wolves' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

While San Augustine was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Groveton's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-21, 25-22.

San Augustine's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Groveton, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-14 record this season.
